I'm half-persuaded she's Ann Day, a British Harrison Marks model from the 1960s. The breasts are right, and after comparing some screen caps from this of her face with some of his photos of Ann, I'd say it's awfully close. (Wish the vid quality was better!). Great find -- thanks for posting!
